Zero point adjustment


- Description

Factory calibration provides excellent zero-point stability, no general adjustment required. Adjustment may be recommended in specific conditions.

- Preconditions for adjustment

- Measuring line is completely shut off. 

- Measuring tube is filled homogeneously and pressurized with at least 15 psi (gauge).

 - During the zero-point adjustment, stability of measured flow rate is monitored.

- Duration of adjustment

Low Flow Cutoff

Mass flow value cut off to zero when threshold is underrun. Overruns 150% of set threshold to reset. No status message when cutoff is active.

Empty Pipe Detection

Detects empty or partly filled measuring tube. Sets mass flow to zero and status message when density underruns set threshold. Left when mass flow overruns 150% of set threshold (hysteresis). No status message when active.
